Kristin Chenoweth on Glee confirmed!
Also to confirm is Jenna :)
I'm so so excited for Glee's second season!!!
Cory did a scene with Kristin Chenoweth?!
Of course, he could be taking about shooting a scene somewhere else on another project, but until it's confirmed about what exactly he was talking about, I'm a bit more excited for season 2!

Happy One Year Wicked SF!!
Wicked Wizard Wednesday!
After the song For Good, when Elphaba surrenders (and has that fight behind the curtain), a female ensemble member actually plays Dorothy! She also wears a blue and white checkered dress like in the Wizard of Oz movie!
It would be wonderful to see that on the opposite side of that curtain!

Music Monday!
Lets just say -- I loathe it all!
Every little trait however small
Makes my very flesh begin to crawl
With simple utter loathing
There's a strange exhilaration
In such total detestation
Its so pure! So strong!
Though I do admit it came on fast
Still I do believe that it can last
And I will be loathing you
My whole life long!
I love this song. I love it cause it's the happiest song I've ever heard that basically says "I hate you" haha. And its such a fun song to sing! This was one of my very first favorite Wicked songs :)

Eddy Rioseco is leaving the SF production!
San Francisco's adorable favorite Munchkin Boq -- er I mean Eddy Rioseco is leaving the production.
But he's leaving because he has to prepare for his new show on NBC called Parenthood!!! Yes, our very own Eddy Rioseco is staring in his very own show on NBC! How exciting is that?!
The show premiers on March 1st at 9PM.
Congratulations Eddy!

Dancing through life
Swaying and sweeping
And always keeping cool
Life is fraughtless
When you're thoughtless
Those who dont try
Never look foolish
My husband is a huge fan of Dancing Through Life. He feels that it describes him, which I wont deny, it does. And to be honest, it kinda annoys me lol. But I'm glad he shares a passion, even if its a very small passion for Wicked with me :)
Teal Wicks leaves SF production.
With that said, it is said that Felicia Ricci will be taking over as SF's Elphaba u/s starting Feb 5th. So where does that leave Vicki Noon and Angel Reda? :)

Wicked [01.09.10] review.
- Elphaba Angel Reda
- Glinda Kendra Kassebaum
- Fiyero Nicolas Dromard
- The Wizard Tim Talman
- Madame Morrible Patty Duke
- Boq Eddy Rioseco
- NessaRose Deedee Magno Hall
- Dr. Dillamond Tim Parker
No One Mourns The Wicked My favorite scene! I just love when the curtain goes up and that unlimited melody starts playing and the ensemble just jumps up with so much joy! No One Mourns The Wicked was perfect, as usual.
Dear Old Shiz I love the part where Elphaba runs out! It gets me all teary eyed for some reason :).
The Wizard and I Now I get to see who Angel Reda is. I liked her The Wizard and I, I just felt that at the part where Elphaba says "alright why not!" she could had used more feeling. But other than that, she did this song wonderfully!
What Is This Feeling I love when Elphaba's mock Galinda's! And the booty bump! Their performance for this song was great. Only complaint was that Elphaba's "BOO!" could had been louder.
Something Bad I felt they cut this song short this time.
Dancing Through Life No complaints. Nicolas did great, as always. Eddy had a lot more feeling into his "you're touching me!" I liked that, a lot!
Popular Still the cutest scene ever. Gotta love how Kendra doesnt seem to have trouble letting go of her silly side in this scene! Nothing fell off the bed this time (last time I saw Wicked a pillow fell off the bed hehe).
I'm Not That Girl During the toss toss class scene, Angel didnt have that wicked witch laugh after the toss toss. I liked her I'm Not That Girl. And the cub scene where she starts getting upset that she startled the cub, amazing.
Defying Gravity (I know I cut some songs out, there wasnt anything to say about them) Angel did AMAZING on Defying Gravity! AMAZING!
Wonderful Despite my complaints about Angel's acting in previous scenes, I think she did great with this one.
As Long As You're Mine Great chemistry between Nicolas and Angel in this scene. They either cut out the part where Fiyero says "we havent lived there in centuries" or he just forgot it.
Nicolas smoothly landed after the cat fight scene :)
No Good Deed Great! There was so much emotion put into the part where she falls to the floor after saying Fiyero.
For Good I felt Kendra had less feeling in the "they're just shoes, LET IT GO" part. But other than that, this scene was heart tugging. As always.
I know a lot of people aim to see different people play different parts, but I guess with me I like seeing what I know. Though I was bummed that Vickie wasnt there, I really really enjoyed seeing Angel perform.
My sister in law and I finally got to Stage Door! I was so excited! I got Eddy, Tim, Angel and Nicolas to sign my playbill. Got a chance to chat a bit with Nicolas and introduce myself and ask about my email he never sent lol. And Angel is the sweetest and coolest person ever! She got out there pretty quick and her hair was still wet. She went around signing and taking pictures and went back in. How sweet of her :)
Kristin Chenoweth & Glee star Lea Michele in "Dorothy of Oz"!
In news sure to make every musically minded man, woman and child gleek out with delight, PopWrap has learned that “Glee” stars Kristin Chenoweth and Lea Michele will be reuniting on the big screen!
In 2011’s “Dorothy of Oz” Lea will bring the title character to life while Kristin will lend her unmistakable voice to the role of China Doll Princess. For this animated adventure, the producers have looked to the “More Adventures of Oz” novels that L. Frank Baum’s great-grandson, Roger S. Baum wrote.
This story focuses on what happened to Oz after Dorothy left and the action kicks off as she returns to Kansas, which has been decimated by the twister that transported her to the technicolor world. But before she can even think about helping her family rebuild, she’s sent rocketing back to the equally destroyed, no longer merry old land of Oz.
With the Scarecrow (voiced by Dan Aykroyd), the Tin Man (voiced by Kelsey Grammer) and the Cowardly Lion (voiced by James Belushi) all MIA, Dorothy makes some new magical friends — including a man made entirely of Mashmallows and Kristin’s China Doll Princess, described as a woman who uses bossiness to cover her fragility. They team up to bring down Oz’s newest villain, a Jester (voiced by Martin Short) who thinks all of Oz should be under his control.

Music Monday!
Unlimited
My future is, unlimited
And I just had a vision almost like a prophecy
I know, it sounds truly crazy...
And true... the visions hazy...
But I swear some day, there'll be a celebration
Through out Oz
That's all to do with me!
At first I wasnt a fan of The Wizard and I. But after listening to it a few more times, it kinda rubbed off on me. Not only that but this is my favorite part of the entire song.
They mention this unlimited piece a lot. The opening of the show, The Wizard and I, Defying Gravity... makes me wonder, why didnt they just make it into an entire song on its own?
Does anyone else feel bad that Elphaba has to belt out the last note of this song then step off stage for a quick second and step back on and start singing What Is This Feeling? I feel a little bad!
And speaking of (and sort of off subject) why isnt The Wicked Witch of the East on the soundtrack?!

Tom Flynn's last performance!
I was there yesterday for the matinee performance and Tim Parker played Dr. Dillamond, hm. Makes sense as to why now!
Unfortunately, no other information could be found or if this is confirmed.
Hello :)
The reason I've been away is because I got married at the end of last month and since coming home from our wedding, we've been busy trying to get things situated (I still havent gotten around to doing the paper work to change my last name, who knew there would be so much paper work! Goodness. I always thought the place you get married at changes it for you! Obviously this only happens in a perfect world lol).
I hope to update this page a little more and I'll be back on doing Music Monday and Wicked Wizard Wednesday starting tomorrow!
Also, I made a twitter! Follow me on twitter here.
And I'm working on a Nicolas Dromard website, I hope to launch it soon!
Hope you all had a wicked holiday season!
